The door is locked. How do I get in?

If you are not a current member, or do not have an appointment, you will not be able to get into our facility. The doors stay locked and our members are advised not to open the door to let anyone in.

Anyone interested in a tour, membership, or day pass needs to have an appointment first.

Do you accept Silver Sneaker or Renew Active?

We no longer accept Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, or any other similar programs.

Instead, we offer a discounted PIF rate for seniors.

I was a member before, do I have to pay the enrollment fee again?

If it has been less than a year since you cancelled your membership, you will not have to pay the enrollment fee again.

If your membership was cancelled automatically due to non-payment, you will be charged the enrollment fee upon starting a new membership.

Previous members of Gym 365 are not in our system and will have to be re-enrolled and charged our enrollment fee.

Do you have showers?

Yes!

Both the Men & Women's locker rooms have showers and lockers that are available to our members.

You will need to bring your own towels, toiletries, and locks.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please remember to bring your own lock.

When are staffed hours?

Our staff works by appointment.

Most appointments are made between 11am-6pm M-F.

If you are in need of assistance, please schedule an appointment.

Do you have tanning beds?

We are proudly partnered with Nic-Nuc Creations in Mocksville to provide a discounted tanning package for our members! Please reach out to them directly to take advantage of this offer. More information can be found here.

Do you have a family plan?

We do not have any family plans.

If you'd like to join together, we will take $5 off of the next person's enrollment fee.

How do I cancel my membership?

It's very easy to cancel or suspend your membership.

Simply call, email, or do it yourself online with our member's app.

If you cancel your membership while holding a balance, you will continue to be charged until it is paid.

An email confirmation is sent upon cancelation. If you do not receive this email, we did not receive your request.

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring.

If this changes, you can expect to see a post about it here on our website.

Do you have childcare?

We do not have child care. No children are allowed on or near the equipment.

You must be at least 14 years of age to join or workout.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Our members are allowed to bring guests.

It is $5 per visit and they must sign the waiver at the front desk each time. YOU are responsible for each guest you bring. If cash is not received, your account will be billed.

This is not the same as a Day Pass for non-members.

Do you have personal trainers?

We have a list of personal trainers who train at our facility. They must be contacted directly. They set their own schedule and rates. 

I lost my key fob/my key fob broke.

If you need a replacement key fob or an extra, it is $5 for a new one.

If your key fob breaks or stops working, we will replace it for free.

Can you make a fitness plan for me?

Our owners are both extremely knowledgeable with backgrounds in fitness and personal training. They are happy to help with any of our members' fitness goals. We can absolutely offer guidance to get you on the right track with your diet and exercise.

If you are interested in more personalized one-on-one training, you will need to reach out to our recommended trainers.
