My story began when I decided I didn’t want to be overweight, unhealthy and tired all of the time. I started racking up health issues and wanted to take a homeopathic route with exercise and food for medicine. My brother invited me to the gym, and I instantly fell in love with strength training! The results came much faster than when I had tried cardio workouts in the past. I felt energized and alive, strong, empowered, and inspired for the first time in my life! I worked to expand my knowledge on the functions of the human body and got certified to be a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine so I could help empower others while also continuing my education as a physical therapist.

During your free consultation, we will discuss your goals for transformation to get you on the road to success. I will design a program specifically for your body so together, we can reach your maximum potential! Whether it be for weight loss, endurance, strength, or bodybuilding, I can help you succeed on your journey.

Bart is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Fitness Sports Nutritionist. He has been in the fitness industry for more than 12 years and specializes in body transformations. He is able to assist clients along their path to achieve their goals through weight training, diet and nutrition. Bart works full time for Piedmont Healthcare as a weight loss counselor.

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Kelsi started practicing yoga in 2013 as a complement to HIIT and weight-training. Thanks to online classes and tons of consistent hard work, her practice steadily evolved over the years, reaching heights she never anticipated. Yoga taught her discipline and dedication, fueled her creativity, and cultivated a passion she didn’t know existed.

Kelsi graduated from a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour yoga teacher training program in October 2018. In her challenging Vinyasa-style classes, you will flow through intelligent sequences saturated with creative transitions, and postures that test strength, flexibility, and balance. Moving mindfully while connecting mind and body via breath will leave you feeling both accomplished and grounded.

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic style of yoga that cultivates awareness and mind-body connection by syncing movement with breath. Most classes follow a similar pattern starting with a warm up/integration sequence followed by an energetic, more challenging “peak” period then moving on to cool down and relaxation.
